Summary

The calculator runs in your browser. It does not create an account, ask for your name, store your generated leave plan on our servers, or send your leave selections to a planning database.

Calculator Inputs and Local Processing

Your selected state or territory, leave balance, strategy, and school-holiday preference are used in the browser to generate a plan. Exporting an .ics file, printing, copying a request, and creating a share link happen on your device.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for your employer, salary, manager, medical information, travel plans, or workplace leave-system login. We do not sell calculator inputs or generated leave plans.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and improve the site. The analytics tag is configured to send page locations without query strings, so share-link parameters such as state, days, strategy, and school-holiday preference are not deliberately sent as the page URL.

Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies

This site is not currently serving third-party advertisements while AdSense approval is pending.
